Marvel Studios has unleashed the trailer for next summer's epic franchise The Avengers has arrived, and instead of waiting later tonight to see the trailer on that stupid ET show that old people out of touch with the entertainment industry watch, you can check it out here.
The film, which was written and directed by Joss Whedon (Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly) stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Stellan Skarsgård, Tom Hiddleston, and Samuel L. Jackson.
Continuing the epic big-screen adventures started in Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger, the May 4 release is the superhero team up of a lifetime. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as SHIELD, finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.
I've been anticipating this movie since forever and seeing this trailer for the first time has made it more real, and after watching the trailer I just got some heavy goosebumps.
