PET SHOP BOYS BEGIN WORK ON NEW ALBUM
While I am anxiously waiting for Erasure's new album Tomorrow's World to finally hit American shores on October 11, another electronic duo I have loved ever since I was a wee little gay Pet Shop Boys are hitting the studio to work on their new album. Singer Neil Tennant made the news official on his website:
“We’ve been in the studio for the last few weeks continuing to write songs for our next album. So far this year we’ve written 16 new songs. I think we’ll start recording the album in November for release next year. Neil x”.
Now this is some great news. I have been in love with their 2009 album Yes since it was first released, and I cannot wait to hear what he and Chris Lowe are cooking up in the studio as well as what producers they will be working with.
