Michael Jackson's label Epic Records is set to release a new album called Immortal, the highly-anticipated new musical for Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour, on November 21. The album will be released in deluxe form and as a single disc. The CD will feature reworkings of his many hits that will allow listeners to experience MK in an entirely new way.
Musical Designer Kevin Antunes (Justin Timberlake, Madonna) comments, “Michael’s legacy as the greatest entertainer of our lifetime is inspiring beyond words. It was clear from the start that Michael’s voice and overall musical essence was the sole/soul source of creative energy driving the project. It was built with love and respect for Michael’s music, his family, and his millions of fans around the world.”
Now this is something I would love to see on stage, as well as experience his hits and never before heard compositions in a whole new way.
