In who gives a shit anymore news, Jersey Shore co-stars Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, who have played out their on-again, off-again romance for four seasons of Jersey Shore have announced that they have once again called it quits. "We are not together," Ortiz-Magro told US magazine.
For those annoyed JS viewers who have been keeping track, the couple became an item during the first season, and have had their rollercoaster relationship played out in front of a camera ever since. Their relationship came to an explosive halt during the third season when Ronnie became so out of control towards Sammi (trashing her room and breaking her glasses) that she opted to leave the show (but only briefly). The two have remained cordial through the fourth season (which ends it's season tonight) in Florence, Italy, but who knows things could have changed during season 5, which wrapped in August in Seaside Heights.
At this point I'm so over these two, you have no idea. I've always said the only way they've managed to stay relevant on Jersey Shore is by bringing the drama with their relationship. Otherwise they're just two boring cast members filling up the background.
