The only person I can think of that does action films and is going through some drama with his wife is Will Smith. Jason Statham isn't married, haven't heard anything about Jason Momoa's relationship with wife Lisa Bonet. I would also go with Ben Affleck (since there have been rumors that his marriage with Jen Garner is in trouble), but besides his roles in The Sum of All Fears and The Town, on what planet is he a tough guy? We could also go with Arnold Schwarzenegger since we all know he'll stick his dick in anything.
