Electronic singer and producer Moby, who is a fan of porn doesn't understand why porn exploits men with above average appendages, but never shows love to men who are of average size.
Says Moby to Bizarre Magazine:
"I've never understood why porn made for men often stars studly guys with enormous you know?
"Surely that's intimidating to most guys watching? My porn flick would exclusively feature men with normal-to-titchy-sized penises in order to make viewers feel better."
Well here's the thing: In straight porn they tend to use the same five big dick guys and we all know straight porn, like professional runway modeling is all about the women. In gay porn it's a whole other ball game. I would think many wouldn't argue not only men with large genitalia feel insecure and feel the need to live up to what they see in adult films, but the pressure to have a perfectly fit body resonates as well.
