THE GAME TALKS ABOUT CLOSETED GAY RAPPERS IN HIP HOP
L.A. rapper Game spoke to Vlad TV about closeted rappers in hip hop and why he feels gays (who are clearly running the world right now) should embrace who they are and be themselves.
Adds The Game: "It's not cool to be in the closet. If you gay, just say you gay. Be gay and be proud.”
I must say that while I applaud Game for being pro-gay in his interview, I still had to cringe at the fact that he is misinformed about equating every closeted gay man with having HIV/AIDS. Getting a sexually transmitted disease comes from practicing unprotected sex not from being gay. There are a lot of heterosexuals running around with this virus in their system and a lot of the m has never entertained the thought of sleeping with someone of the same sex. So if you or anyone is going to say such things, you have to have the education to back up such claims.
Up until this point he sounded about as ignorant as D.L. Hughley and Sherri Shepherd on The View when they tried to equate the down low lifestyle with the spread of women getting HIV. I've been a cock sucking card carrying member of the rainbow coalition for 33 years and my holes and blood stream is as clean as a whistle.
Now playing devil's advocate, maybe he's referring to the type of gays in the entertainment industry who are going around with a woman as a beard, keeping up a heterosexual facade, having unprotected sex with both genders and may possibly infect their partner(s). I understood what he was saying up to a point, but he should have worded it better if that's what he meant.
