I will go on the record to say I have never been a fan of any of the music by the Jonas Brothers. I also never bought into the bullshit image where they went around with those purity rings, and singing bad rock/pop tunes for a bunch of tween girls. But Joe Jonas, the pretty brother of the three has been really trying to transition as the next Justin Timberlake. It also goes to show how bad JT is missed on the pop landscape.
While he does have a long way to go before his music is at JT status, I will give him an A for effort. Maybe a bit more edge in his musical style will get him over that pop thresh hole and people will start taking him seriously as an artist. His debut solo album Fastlife drops this fall.
