I'm sure you all know I have to give the world's biggest shout-out to the undisputed Queen of Pop the one and only legendary Madonna, who turns 53 today. Many have tried to imitate her, but what so many neglect to realize is that not only does she have some amazing pop songs that stand the test of time and ahead of the curve, but she is a rule breaker, a risk taker and always brings something different to the table whether in her aesthetic, music videos or in her concerts. She's currently in my hometown of New York City working with Ray of Light producer William Orbit on her new dance album, so not only do I hope she's taking today off to have a little "Celebration," but i also can't wait to see what magic they're cooking up this time around.
