MATTHEW KNOWLES HATES BEYONCE'S NEW ALBUM; CRITICIZES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

Weeks after Matthew Knowles was accused of stealing money from his daughter Beyonce, the entertainer's former manager has filed a lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment, after the company spread in his words "vicious lies" about him. Matthew also claims that both Roc Nation and Columbia Records (Bey's longtime label) have been making "negative comments about me" and claims he hasn't spoken to his daughter since she moved on to a different management team. he also gave his opinion on the direction of Beyonce's lackluster new album, "4".

On Denying the Accusations
“We absolutely have not taken any money from Beyonce, and all dollars will be accounted for. In no way have we stole money. Again, this about the people who have made these claims — they have to come into the light.[...]The relationship with Beyonce is extremely amicable. I want to make that clear. Where there’s concern is the people that she’s doing business with,” he said. “I’m challenging all of these folks on integrity, professional integrity.”

On Beyonce “Cleaning House”
“She changed almost every aspect of her business.[...]The team ironically appeared to be a cross-pollination of Beyonce’s team, Roc Nation’s team, and Live Nation’s team, who ironically have the most to gain,” he said. “I’ll let people come to their own conclusion.”

On Not Speaking to Beyonce Directly About Allegations
“”We have not had that conversation[...]The only way we will be able to understand this is through a court of law. That’s the only way either one of us will be clear if someone in our camps did something that was not correct.”

On Beyonce’s Album ’4′ Not Having Massive Hits Like Her Previous Records
“They put out the record in a vacuum,” he said, adding that her success came despite setbacks. “It makes you believe that there are some artists that don’t need radio. There are some records that don’t need a record label, and Beyonce is one of those artists.”

In so many ways this sounds like the folks in the industry doing what they can to turn father against daughter, something that is nothing new in an industry filled with greedy execs and bonafide hustlers. Lest we forget they tried to pull the same shit for years with Brandy and her mother, Sonja, who is a certified pit bull in the industry people know not to fuck with. As for Beyonce maybe this will be her lesson learned. Clearly she's relied on her father for way too long to handle her business affairs, and now that she's about to turn 30 (allegedly), she feels it's time to get her grown woman on. A lot of times when you have successful black artists, the first thing they will tell you is get rid of your nigger management because if he's white and his last name is Rosenberg, he'll definitely take you places. I've seen it time and time again and this story sounds no different. Bey joins up with Live Nation, get's Daddy Knowles out of the way so all them other folks can get that money. All the while poor black neighborhoods which could use the money (especially Jay's hometown of Brownsville Brooklyn) never sees any of that money coming in to build community centers and places to keep kids off the streets and out of trouble. But if Beyonce wants to teach a few kids how to "dougie," she'll come to the hood for a moment so she can make sure those same kids can go out and buy her new album.

According to Forbes, within the last four years of her career, Beyonce has earned an estimated $289 million in earnings (pretax), with her father making an estimated 15-20% of that while acting as her manager. He also would have pocketed an additional set of earnings from previous years in Bey’s career
So maybe putting a lot of trust in her new team including Live Nation Executive Faisel Duranni, who now runs Bey's management company and husband Jay Z watching over her business affairs (since the Roc Nation people work for him) will lead to a divorce since mixing business and  pleasure with significant others rarely work. If you don't believe me go ask J Lo and Skeletor.

Maybe this song is actually about her father and not a jilted lover after all
