FIRST LOOK: THE DARK KNIGHT RISES (Teaser Poster)



Director Christopher Nolan is still hard at work filming the final chapter of his Batman trilogy The Dark Knight Rises, and the official site for DKR has unleashed the film's teaser poster. I've also been hearing that a teaser trailer will be shown during the coming attractions for the final Harry Potter. 

The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Nestor Carbonell, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis and Josh Stewart and will open in theaters on July 20, 2012. This year so far was pretty sucky on the superhero forefront (fingers crossed that Captain America breaks the cycle), so here's hoping that 2012 will prove to be a better year with the new Batman, Spider Man, Superman and The Avengers films.
