CHRIS BROWN FIGHTS BACK AFTER FOX NEWS TRY TO CRUCIFY HIM

So as you all know Chris Brown performed on the Today show last Friday to a record-breaking 18, 000 fans (clearly the kids love Breezy more than Rihanna). And while in my opinion he turned it out something fierce, not everyone was excited to see him perform on a major show like the Today show. The bigots over at FOX News and a few guests weighed in on Breezy's appearance.

Laura even took it a step further reminding people of what Chris did to Rihanna back in 2009 the night before the two former lovers were to perform at the Grammy's. The "reporter" went out in the streets with RiRi's battered picture to get reactions of the people on the street. I wish they would have put in this same energy of reminding people whenever idiots they endorse like Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, Rick Santorum, Ann Coulter and all these other screaming, ranting clowns who continue to spew their lies and rhetoric on a daily basis and on your network.

“Just wanna show you this one picture, here’s a picture of Rihanna after the incident and I’ve never seen a picture of Chris Brown where it showed that he had any sort of injuries anywhere close to this.”
Below is a bit of the Chris Brown debate from Fox News (via Necole Bitchie)

Cooper Lawrence, author of ‘The Cult of Celebrity’: “I want to explain to you what’s going on in the culture.  There’s two main things going on. One is, we make these social comparisons and we do these ‘in’ group ‘out’ group things. Once we decide someone’s in our ‘in’ group, we’re unwilling to see what’s blatant in front of us. You show that person a picture of what Rihanna looked like, ‘Oh, I don’t think that’s her, I don’t know what she did to instigate that.’ It’s this blind faith that people have in their celebrities once they decide they’re in the ‘in’ group.”

Jehmu Greene former president of Rock The Vote: “The more he is given a platform, the less accountable that people are going to be able to hold him. We need to walk away from it. It gives a really, really bad example, but I think what it also does against young people is to perpetuate a stereotype against males–”

Laura Ingraham: [interrupting Jehmu Greene]: — a stereotype against African Americans, too. African Americans are given a bad wrap by a guy who — I can’t read most of these lyrics — but I will sum[marize]. This is ‘Look At Me Now,’ one of his top hits in the world actually. “Lil’ n-word, bigger than gorilla, ’cause I’m killin’ every blank — n-word — that try to be on my s-word.” How is this good for anyone? Including him. I actually feel bad for him because I don’t know what happened to him, I don’t know if he got mixed up with some really bad entertainment managers, I don’t know if it’s a family thing, I have no idea, but underneath it all might be a man [who's] very talented, but he needs help. We shouldn’t be giving this a platform.

Oh how I love the hypocrisy of white folks who feel they have the right to debate black issues. Of course look for the most ignorant of lyrics in a song to make your point. So Chris Brown is the scapegoat for all things that have to do with the declassification of African-American males? Bitch please! Since you have no idea what's going on with him behind the scenes, how do you suppose we help him? I thought the American people are all about forgiveness? What happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna is their business - not yours or any of ours to judge and decide. Since when did we become judge, jury and execution? Hell, twelve people couldn't even get the conviction of that devil's spawn Casey Anthony right. I'm sure there are plenty of other things you folks at FOX News could be talking about of importance like dealing with the economy, bringing the troops home, and all the other political headaches slowly bringing this country to it's knees. This is the same network that continues to find ways to keep their base of ignorant bigots riled up against a colored man with more power than they will ever have. I'm not saying Obama doesn't have his faults (believe me - I get on his ass about some of his policies and how he loves to play the middle a little too much) but Fox needs to learn when to pick their battles and learn to fight fair instead of getting into a middle of a fight, cheating by kicking someone in the balls and running away. Of course they're  not going to talk about the real issues because trying to debate what's stereotypical to black people is much more important and an easy distraction from the real issues at hand. What about the lyrics of Lil Wayne and Eminem? I don't hear you going after them? It's easy to pick on someone who is non-threatening like Chris Brown. But you know what - I don't have to defend Breezy. He can pretty much do it himself which he did when you read his response via Twitter below:

“People really should grow up sometimes! I guess the next story they make up will say “chris brown paid the fans to come! #stopit5 hahaha..I get it though! They are upset at the fact that the today show actually focuses on talent instead of an almost 3 year old incident! Running bogus and pointless stories don’t matter! My fans prove that everyday and the haters just look old as F**k ! I keep my head high and my middle finger higher! I love team breezy. Let’s just laugh it off cuz they mad. Ahahahahaha..Fame + Platinum= Fortune! Nobody can take my joy. I have some of the most incredible fans in the world. Goodnight y’all!”

50 Cent also weighed in on the Fox News vs.Team Breezy debate:

“I just saw a clip on FOX news Hating on NBC for having chris brown on. Unbelievable. I’m never watching that [channel] again. He paid for his mistake #!@%*# holes.”

Now the question we should be asking here in the first place is why in the hell is Fiddy watching Fox News in the first place?

I think if Rihanna has moved on an is continuing to make her money for Def Jam, the dumb bitches who have no idea what the hell they are talking about need to move on at Fox News. Oh and sorry but I don't worship celebrities and I don't have blind faith in anybody because as someone who has grown up as a cynic I don't hold anyone up to worship status like those at Fox News does towards Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin.
