CHER & LADY GAGA COLLABORATE ON NEW SONG

We are all well aware that living pop legend Cher is working on a new dance album, which she officially announced last month. Now the iconic singer/actress has just tweeted that she has finished recording a song for her album called The Greatest, which was written by none other than Lady Gaga. The Greatest was actually a cut Gaga worked on with frequent collaborator RedOne for her Fame Monster CD, but was left on the cutting room floor. So Gaga channeled her inner-Hypnotico and gave Cher one of her leftover tracks.  Normally I would have rolled my eyes at hearing this, but it was only a matter of time before the two would have collaborated at some point. I felt it around the time Cher held Gags's meat purse at the VMA's that these two would work together in some capacity. Also Cher understands that the key to longevity is relevancy, so hooking up with a superstar-of-the-moment like Lady Gaga will probably bring some of those "monsters" who have probably never heard a Cher song before over to the Dark Lady's side and snatch her up a few new fans.  Now here's hoping the tune sounds a whole lot better than the shit Gaga's been releasing from her over-fatigued new album Born This Way.
