Since the show is on it's last legs, it's been reported that another Jersey Shore cast member has left the Seaside Heights beach house. Just days after Vinny Guadagnino abruptly left Jersey to head back to his home in Staten Island, now comes word that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is the latest house mate to leave the infamous reality summer home. Don't these kids have contracts they have to follow? How can they just up and leave without honoring their contracts?
According to Us Weekly, Sorrentino left the show because "he's so over the whole thing and everyone is unhappy filming this final season."
With all the money they're making off this show, how unhappy can you be? I guess it truly shows that notoriety and a fat bank account doesn't always buy you happiness. As you all know the minute they returned from shooting their fourth season in Italy, the entire cast headed straight to Seaside where they began filming the fifth and possibly last season. Maybe all this stress and homesickness is stemming from the fact that this is the longest the entire cast has had to live together, since they've never had to shoot any of the shows back-to-back before. We shall see how long he remains unhappy once they start filming his spin-off series (sorry guys but the only spin-off concept I see truly surviving past a first season is Pauly D's). In the meantime I'm sure the fact that this show is tearing at the seams is making people like Joy Behar very happy right now.
