When we get a look at season 5 of MTV cash cow Jersey Shore which will most likely premiere at the end of the year it looks like that will be the last time we see all the shenanigans of Snooki, JWOWW, Pauly D, Dina, Mike, Sammi, Ronnie, and Vinny partying, fighting, and fucking under the same roof.
According to reports, once season 5 wraps (the gang is currently shooting it's final season in Seaside Heights) MTV will be looking for eight new guidos and guidettes to bring on the drama. Apparently this is all stemming from that the cast is becoming too expensive and the network is looking for fresher (read: cheaper) talent to bring on the show for it's sixth season. So far the highest paid reality stars on the show are Snooki, The Situation and Pauly D. Season 4 which was shot in Italy will premiere in August.
But fans of the Shore need not worry. Situation, Pauly D, Snooki and JWOWW all have individual reality spin-offs in the works, so you best believe this will not be the last time we see and hear from these guys. As for a new cast, the newbies that come on the show all know what to expect, so it might be quite difficult to cast new kids when you all know they're going to act like the cast you have now.
