For the past few weeks we've been getting a couple of peeks at a few aural orgasms off of Bjork's Vespertine follow-up called Biophilia. The Icelandic singer has announced that Crystalline will be the first official single from the album, which is set to drop on June 28. It's not exactly clear to hear, but if you listen closely you can make out the genius that is to be Crystalline which is what Bjork is listening to as she drives around in her car.
The revolutionary singer/performance artist will not only release physical copies of Biophilia, but also plans to release every song from the album as an app for the iPad and will give listeners the opportunity to interact with the songs themes and even create a track of their own. I bet a certain mainstream avant-garde pop star is pissed she didn't come up with this idea first. Take a 30-second listen to Crystalline below...
