ANDY BELL PERFORMS O SOLE MIO ON POP STAR TO OPERA STAR

The Erasure front man (and my all-time favorite pop idol) performed O Sole Mio, a Neapolitan song which dates all the way back to 1898. Pop star to Opera star is a reality show which is like Dancing With The Stars for singers where they turn pop singers into opera singers. Also competing on the show: Cheryl Baker (Bucks Fuzz), Claire Richards (Steps), Recent X-Factor winner Joe McElderry, Jocelyn Brown (who was eliminated), Midge Ure (from Ultravox who was also eliminated), Joe Washbourn (Toploader), and Melody Thornton (formerly of Pussycat Dolls). This would be a great idea to do in the U.S. but the problem with that is you can't get away with using auto-tune in the U.S.
