LADY GAGA PERFORMS MINI-CONCERT AT BBC'S RADIO 1 BIG WEKEND
The moment the sun went down last night in the UK, a pregnant chola Vampirella emerged from her crypt and performed a plethora of songs from The Fame and her upcoming Born This Way album at BBC Radio 1. What I was pleasantly shocked about was that instead of giving her usual self-pretentious bullshit, she actually gave good interview and seemed quite calm and funny throughout. Maybe she feels she can be herself once she goes across the pond, since the Brits are more accepting when it comes to dance music, but I have to say I prefer Gaga when she's not trying too hard to be liked and restrains from being taken so seriously.
I do hope that she learned her lesson that you can't dance around in latex and a pregnant body suit especially when it's hard to move around in it on stage. It worked for Madonna when she wore it in her Human Nature era because she was wearing it in a music video. You can stop and start in a music video. You can't do the same in a live performance. Check out her BBC Radio 1 interview and her mini-concert of songs Born This Way, Telephone, Poker Face, Alejandro, The Edge of Glory and many more below...
