Who knew Beyonce had a political bone in her body, let alone an actual thought to call her own? With Americans raising their glasses this week after President Obama had the Navy Seals take out Al Qaeda fame whore Osama Bin Laden, Beyonce, who is channeling Pris from Blade Runner has recorded a studio version of “God Bless the U.S.A.”
The song will air on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight,” at 9 pm with proceeds benefitting 9/11 charities New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund. The track will be available on iTunes on Friday. You can purchase it by going to her website Beyonce.com
Even though the all the money made from the tune is going to charity, it's sad a song about American patriotism will fare better than her abysmal female anthem Who Run The World.
