BEYONCE ACCUSED OF USING A BODY DOUBLE IN NEW VIDEO

While Beyonce is receiving the best praise since Single Ladues for giving us what I consider the best choreographed and visually stunning video of 2011, it's no surprise that the haters aren't too far behind spewing their venom like a nasty ass virus. According to Necole Bitche, an unidentified "source" (aren't they always) contacted the site to say that Beyonce, who is giving us Queen of Sheba meets Thunderdome realness in the video uses a body double around the 1:05 – 1:43 mark. The source goes on to say that her head was photoshopped on the body of the dancer because Bey couldn't perform the difficult choreography.

While I do believe CGI was used in the video and Beyonce is hands-down one of the most hard-working people in the music business, I do not believe that a body double was used. Hell, if you pay attention to alot of the shots director Francis Lawrence does not pull the typical quick cuts that have been plaguing music videos since MTV started airing them damn near 30 years ago. Francis keeps the camera on Beyonce long enough so that you know it's her performing the choreography. I believe Britney used a double (her choreographer's assistant Tiana Brown is alleged to have done the difficult moves in Britbot's Till The World Ends video) but not Bey. Now that Britney is charging people's rent money for her tour tickets, and she's lost a plethora of weight, she can't hide behind a double anymore. Accuse Bey of her many things, but lazy is not one of them.
