The fans demanded it and now it's finally here!
After the instant success of the live action short Mortal Kombat: Rebirth, Warner Bros. Digital Distribution and Machinima.com have premiered the first episode of director Kevin Tancharoen's highly-anticipated "Mortal Kombat: Legacy" live action digital series online. The series stars
Jeri Ryan (Star Trek: Voyager, Body of Proof) as Sonya Blade, Michael Jai White (The Dark Knight) as Major Jackson 'Jax' Briggs and Darren Shahlavi (300) as Kano in a series which takes fans into the dark history of the warriors they've grown to love since the debut of the first game. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of this series and I really hope with the success of the 9-part web series will spawn a live action film the stans such as myself really want.
