?UESTLOVE FROM THE ROOTS FEELS THE NICKI/KIM BEEF IS REALLY A LOVE FEST

Shortly after Nicki Minaj's anti-Kim track Tragedy made it's way on radio and online, one of the best hip hop drummers in the industry ?uestlove gave his thoughts on these two going at it, going as far as saying that he feels these two have a deep love for each other. Read his thoughts below and leave your thoughts.

its my personal belief that dissing/verbal (well & actual) pugilism is the most intense form of LOVE.

where your intent is to affect/infect em to the highest degree. i know that sounds contradictory (displaying harsh actions as a sign of affection) but if you see this in somewhat of a shakespearean (or maybe the hero/sidekick narrative of The Incredibles) one can only conclude that if Nik REALLY hated Kim…… she would do the most painful act of hate….which i pretty much know from experience (as loved and hated) the surefire slow burning-last-scene-in-kill-bill-way-to get under ones skin….is to act like they never existed.

(indifference is the opposite of love. not hate. which clearly this verse is not indifference)

long as this don’t end up the way kim’s last beef ended with Fox (member the hot97 shootout which pretty much landed kim where she is now) i say let em battle and continue this lovefest.

I agree with ?uestlove on this theory. Like hate, love is another four letter word which in my opinion cannot co-exist without each other. My motto in life is this - if I don't like you, I want nothing to do with you. I don't bring your name up in conversations. I don't want to hang out with you or get to know you. If Nicki didn't care about Kim she wouldn't have dignified this with a response. I always say people can't argue by themselves and by you igniting the flames once again I'm sure we're in for another round of vicious public verbal attacks from two of the biggest clowns in hip hop. It's become too much of a publicity stunt right now, and one thing I do know about people who pay attention to this senseless bullshit is that people do not like a publicity stunt to come off as obvious. To say that people don't like to be lied to would be giving those who aren't creative thinkers too much credit.
