While everyone is busy sucking on the tits of their favorite divas like Gaga, Beyonce, and JLo dropping new albums this year, One of my all-time favorite rocker chicks Gwen Stefani made my day when she confirmed in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that No Doubt will finally drop their new album later this year.
Said an excited Gwen, “We’ve been going for awhile trying to make this record and it s been super challenging but really fun.”
“We’re trying to enjoy the moment of writing and…it’s just a really fun process and I think it’s going to be out this year,” she added. “It’s generally a really happy album…the main thing we were trying to do is write really catchy good songs…we got about 10 songs done and we want to do a few more just in case, but it’s a really good record, I really love this record.”
The last time we got a proper No Doubt album was 10 years ago with RockSteady, one of my favorite albums since Tragic Kingdom. I'm anticipating this like the new Bjork record and I can't wait to hear the new stuff. Check out Gwen's interview below...
