Comingsoon.net is reporting that Joe Pesci has signed on to play Angelo Ogero in the upcoming film Gotti: Three Generations. Rumors have been going around that Lindsay Lohan, who showed up at a New York press conference for the film this morning is set to play Victoria Gotti in the film. As was previously announced, John Travolta who was spotted a few weeks ago in LA taking a few lunch meetings with John Gotti Jr. will play NewYork mobster John Gotti.
The movie was described as an "open door insider's look" and they have interviewed John Gotti Jr., Victoria, family lawyer Charlie Cinelli and others who knew Gotti.
Nick Cassavetes (Alpha Dog) will direct the biopic on Gotti's life from the point of view of his son. The biopic of John Gotti is my generation's Godfather so I cannot wait to see this film. With Nick Cassavetes on board, without a doubt I know this film is in capable hands.
