Dominican diva Kat Deluna takes it to the floor with her latest latin-electro-pop single called Drop It Low and might I say Kat is coming hard for the dancefloor throne. It has the ingredients from her Wind Up days and I'm definitely feeling Kat's fierce determination to break into the American dance music market, regardless of the fact that her sophomore album has already been released in Germany.
