After Jamie Foxx inked a deal with internet scene queen B.Scott to spill the tea on his radio show (after openly gay radio host/pioneer DJ Baker did it first with Cisco Vegas), now Steve Harvey is trying to show that he's down with the gay community.
The comic/talk show host Steve Harvey has signed Real Housewives of Atlanta star Miss Lawrence to provide some of her sparkling personality to The Steve Harvey Project, which airs on BET’s Centric.
The hairdresser/salon owner, stylist and "Closet Freak" singer will host a segment titled Spilling the Tea with Miss Lawrence, offering entertainment tidbits, celebrity gossip, red carpet commentary and fashion/beauty critiques. So basically we're getting a stereotypical queen from a reality show doing what the industry feels gays are only good at which is spilling A-list celebrity dish we can get from TMZ and talking about hair and make up. I prefer to see Miss Lawrence as a performance artist on the club circuit, like Kevin Aviance (look her up) than doing a radio gig.
