After singer Ne-Yo Twatted his disgust over infamous celebrities like Jersey Shore star Snooki getting the cover of Rolling Stone, the pint-sized guidette says she became so upset over his comments that she has erased him off her iPod completely and his ass with some fighting words:
“I was just really upset. I’m a big fan of Ne-Yo. Every song was on my iPod and I deleted them yesterday just because of his comments. Why do you hate me? I’m the nicest person ever. I understand you are a little mad cause your career is not up right now and I’m on the cover but you know what–like I’m a nice person and I deserve it, so get over it.”
Ne-Yo spoke to E! news and refused to change his tune:
“I don’t know her so I can’t disrespect her, but I feel like Rolling Stone is a music magazine, and for them to put her on the cover, it’s like, ‘Really?’
NeYo needs to realize that Rolling Stone needs to sell magazines, and since major celebrities aren't bringing home the bacon, they are going to jump on whatever bandwagon they can to sell magazines and meet a quota. Besides, RS hasn't been a relevant magazine in years.
