After it was revealed during the end credits of Resident Evil: Afterlife that Sienna Guillory, who's character Jill Valentine was last seen in Resident Evil 2 appeared in Resident Evil: Afterlife as someone now working for the Umbrella Corporation revealed on Twitter that she will reprise her fan favorite role in the upcoming Resident Evil 5.

There's no word on who will write and direct the 5th film (Milla Jovovich's husband Paul W.S. Anderson has written all four films and directed the first and fourth films), but I'm sure there's no question that Milla, along with fourthquel survivors K Mart, Luthor West, Chris & Claire Redfield will be reprising their roles in the fifth movie.
Screen Gems has set a September 14, 2012 release date for the fifth installment. I really enjoyed the fourth film and cannot wait to see the next installment. I also enjoyes Sienna in the second movie. Thought she did an excellent job as Jill. I just hope they will focus on not only the action stuff but will get some more interaction between the characters in the next movie.
