SANTIGOLD UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AT ROC NATION
Santigold has been M.I.A. from the music scene for quite sometime, but now I can bring you some amazing news. The singer/femcee is the latest artist to be managed by Jay Z's Roc Nation imprint. So far under the Brooklynd legend's management: Wale, Rihanna, The Ting Tings, Mark Ronson, and Melanie Fiona. This is not the first time Santigold has been on Jay's mind, since the rapper did sample her song Shove It for his hit single, “Brooklyn We Go Hard”. No word on when Santi will drop her sophomore album, but I am guessing it will be later this year. I just hope now that she will hopefully get a much-needed push musically, that Jay won't do the obvious and have Rihanna guest on one of her tracks. I'm getting tired of hearing her ass on a song. Can't wait for the new album.
