This is the best news I've heard all morning. Last week Page Six reported that Simon Cowell was in talks to have the colorful femcee on the show as a judge, but according to TMZ, Nicki denies there were any talks of her joining the panel. “There’s nothing going on with ['X Factor'].”
The names that have been circulating as of late include Jessica Simpson, Mariah Carey and Paula Abdul. I'm actually glad Nicki won't be on the show because like I said before, she needs to pay her dues with more than one album before I can see her having the right to critique anyone on a singing competition. I will keep you posted on this story as it develops.
