MALE PARTNERS DANCE THE CHA-CHA-CHA ON DANCING WITH THE STARS

The 12th season of Dancing With The Stars kicks off tonight in the U.S., but over in Austria the celebs are dancing another tune. Openly gay Austrian TV host Alfons Haider (who is based on Sacha Baron Cohen's Bruno character) has been stirring up a bit of controvercy with his partnering with a dancer of the same gender. According to a poll over at Oe24.at, 44% of Austrians have no issues with Haider's partnering with a man, while 42% are against it. Not surprisingly, women are more favorable toward the couplings. This is something in my opinion that is pretty groundbreaking, and I'm sure America won't have the balls to take such a risk until season 25. In the meantime, I'm going to keep an eye on these two since they will be my new Jedward.
