The million-dollar grossing sitcom actor contines to spin out of control as he continued his tirade with his war with Chuck Lorre and the execs at CBS. For the past 24 hours he's done interviews on every major network, joined Twitter yesterday (he so far has over 740,000 followers and counting) and had an overhyped interview that aired on ABC last night (pre-empting Detroit 1-8-7 again).

It now seems his antics have caught up with him. While the rest of America continues to watch him come undone, the popo was sent to his home to have his twins Bob and Max removed from the premisis after their mother Brooke Mueller complained to the courts that he threatened to cut off her head and send it to her mom.


Charlie was on Today this morning where he said that he's going to go to court to try to kill the restraining order and get his sons back. This fiasco reminds me so much of David Arquette pre-rehab when he kept calling Howard Stern and other radio affiliates to air out his dirty laundry and all the drama he was having in his life. Charlie seriously needs an intervention ASAP! Another thing that has to happen is our media needs to stop making his shenanigans top breaking news.
