Chris Brown may be getting the best reviews of his career with the release of his fourth album F.A.M.E., but it seems the one thing he can't get under control is that temper. This morning while on GMA, Robin Roberts asked him questions about his infamous beating of Rihanna which then resorted to him having a violent outburst backstage. According to reports, Brown reacted angrily by confronting production staff and screaming so loudly security had to be called. He also smashed a window in his dressing room with a chair, sending glass onto the Times Square intersection below.
Brown then stormed out of ABC without a shirt, skipping a scheduled performance for the network’s website.
Sources have told TMZ that Roberts insists they confirmed with Chris about the Rihanna questions, and he approved. Sorry but I don't believe that. I think the GMA staff chatted with Brown's people and not the singer. Otherwise why would he flip out if he was ok with the questions.
Brown then took to Twitter ranting, “I’m so over people bringing this past s**t up!!!”
His message has since been deleted.
It seems all the morning shows tend to do this. GMA and the Today are notorious for bringing up past shit. He should have also realized that since he is coming out with a new album since the RiRi beatdown that reporters will ask him about what he's done with the past. In this business we call show infamy sells records and gets people their own reality show. Instead of his PR people taking his money and kissing his ass, they should have prepped him that the reporters would try to come for him. Shows like GMA and Access Hollywood are competing with TMZ and other blogs because they get the scoop first. I like this new bad boy schtick Breezy, but you have to get that attitude under control. Because if you don't the media will continue to try to paint you as the scary young black man who needs to be locked in a cage like an animal.
