BORN THIS WAY UNDER FIRE FOR MORE PLAGIARISM
Lady Gaga may believe in her creatively crazy heart that she's created the most liberating anthem of the decade, but it seems her latest single continues to receive more jeers than cheers. Not only has she recently come under fire by the latin community, jaded queens, and Madonna stans over the uninspired creativity and cheap stereotypes of Born This Way, but now she's about to get her ass sued.
According to the website Allkpop.com, producer E-Tribe says Gaga's single sounds very similar to K-Pop girl group SNSD's hit, Be Happy (which he poduced).
Says E-Tribe via Newsen on March 11th: “Someone this morning told me that there were reports of Lady Gaga plagiarizing SNSD’s ‘Be Happy.’ I listened, and I do feel that there are similarities. The way the song flows and the arrangements are, honestly, the same. I am currently working to get in contact with Lady Gaga’s publishing label to find further information.”
Check out the similarities below and come to your own conclusion. As much as I talk about Lady Gargoyle on this site you already know how I feel about her attention whoring thieving ass. There are bits of similarities on the track, but if they plan to sue so should Madonna, Kelly Rowland, Carl Bean, Madonna again and hundreds of other artists who's influence is heavily on the song.
