Last month I brought you an exclusive look at Tha Life: Atlanta, a new series that is being described as the Black Gay version of LOGO The A- List has premiered a 5 minute trailer and from what I've seen it looks to be plenty juicy and none short on drama. The series takes a look into the lives of 5 Atlanta men who are successful in their own right and live their lives on the down-low. Well I don't know how low you plan on living your life when it's being documented for millions to see but okay. Peep out the trailer below by clicking on the link. Let's just hope this series is not yet another stereotypical look into the gay life, which is painfully documented on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and their heavy supply on queens wearing heels and make-up. Don't get me wrong I love my cha cha queens who are themselves unapologetically and are about something. It just irritates me when all you see on TV are stereotypes of people whether they be bitchy women, mean Asians, or catty queens. There's so much more than meets the eye in the LGBT community and I just wish there were producers that would show that instead of easily flocking to the worst stereotypes as representation because they give good TV. You have to go to Youtube and watch it because unfortunately the trailer is unembeddable.
