Not too long ago I was on this here blog trying to get as many people as I could over to Facebook to save a hit LOGO series by the name of Noah's Arc. While it wasn't the greatest as far as writing and acting, what the show did do was shine a light on the black LGBT community wich has long been absent from mainstream TV. Our stories needed to be heard, and Noah's Arc opened the door for other shows to make that happen. One of those shows was a hit series on Here TV back in show I used to watch religiously back in 2008 called The DL Chronicles, and from the very few episodes that there were (four to be exact), I thoroughly enjoyed the series. Boo was my favorite episode and not because of the guy with the huge penis opening up the door in one scene. I had heard there were more shows coming back for a season 2 but then - crickets. Below is an open letter from real life couple and producers Quincy LeNear & Deondray Gossett (who also produce B. Scott's hilarious talk show) to help get the hit series back on the air.

As many of you may know, The DL Chronicles was indefinitely cancelled from its cable TV Network home after its first, very successful, award winning television run.
You may recall rumors or have read announcements of a second season in 2009 that never surfaced. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, that second season was never produced.
We are sorry to have left our audience anticipating the many stories we had left to share. However, we are looking forward to bringing The DL Chronicles BACK in 2011/2012!
Our voices won't be silenced by unfortunate circumstance.
