OLIVIA EYES STARDOM ONCE MORE WITH REALITY SHOW

After her career went nowhere not once, but twice (first time was when she was signed to J Records, and the second time when she was molded unsuccessfully as the first lady of G-Unit), Olivia takes a stab at fame once more, this time on a brand new VH1 reality show called Love & Hip Hop.

The premise of the show is cameras will follow Olivia as she tries to carve out a solo career as a woman in the unforgiving Hip-Hop world. Joining Olivia in the series will be the girlfriends of rappers Jim Jones and Fabolous, and racy online celebrity Somaya Reece. Olivia also plans to drop a free mini-album to tie-in with the reality show, which will bear the same name as the series. The EP will contain her urban-dance club song “Lick, Salt, Shot, Lime”, and her new R&B single “In Your Shoes” with John Legend’s little brother, Vaughn Anthony. You know this show is going to be a hot mess (like Basketball Wives) and I can't wait. I do on the other hand miss Let's Talk About Pep which is in dire need of a second season. If VH1 can boost the careers of both Brandy and Chilli, I'm sure the network can do the same for Olivia.
