Gaga Daily sent out an exclusive twitpic of Lady Gaga on the cover of Billboard Magazine wearing a black latex coat by MUGLER, and a shoe hat by Bob Recine. So far there's no word on what the article entails, but I'm sure it'll be alot of talk about her new album. As for her Monsters Ball, the Bad Romance singer announced that she will air the concert on HBO on May 7th live from Madison Square Garden. You can watch the 17 second commercial below...
