JANET JACKSON BRINGS DOWN THE HOUSE WITH #1'S WORLD TOUR
44-year-old pop icon Janet Jackson kicked off her Number Ones: Up Close and Personal world tour in Manila, Philippines on Thursday. The singer, who's last couple of albums failed to make a dent on the U.S. music charts brought her A game to the sold out venue, and the plethora of hits performed brought the crowd to their feet. She opened with medley of “Pleasure Principle,” “Control,” “What Have You Done for Me Lately,” and “Feedback.” Not only did she showcase some sexy dance moves and showed that she can still hold her own alongside the new crop of tacky pop stars, but Janet's body is the best I've seen since the Janet tour. Also if you notice, the opening costumes look remiscent of the same costumes she had in the Rockwitu tour, which many of you remember as being short lived due to poor ticket sales. She has a couple more dates in Asia before heading back to the U.S. in March and Europe in June. You can watch some fan filmed YouTube footage of the concert below...
