AURAL ORGASM: KENNA Feat. SHIMMY HOFFA - CHAINS

Ever since his debut album New Sacred Cow came out almost a decade ago, (which was produced by the other half of the Neptunes you don't get to hear about often Chad Hugo) I have been a huge fan of Kenna. He may not be a big household name in the U.S., but who cares? Most artists who have some substance within their timeless pop tracks don't sell well here - unless you put some seafood on your head, shoot a golden egg out of his ass and call it art, this would sell on iTunes in five minutes.

Well now the singer-songwriter is taking the Robyn route, releasing three EP's this year called Land 2 Air Chronicles. The first single Chains was produced by Hugo, co-written with Interpol’s Paul Banks, and features Shimmy Hoffa will be available for purchase on March 8. There's also rumors that his next full-length Songs for Flight will be his final album. Kenna is too talented to give up music completely so I'm really hoping this is a rumor.
