Remember when Nicki Minaj came out earlier in her career claiming she was bisexual, and then when she started to become bigger she backed away from the half gay claims? Well now comes word that Harajuku Barbie may be playing dress up with Raggedy Ann's wigologist Rihanna. The rapstress had a chat with Ryan Seacrest where she didn't hesitate to clear up the rumors.
“I don’t know where people got this really insane, hilarious, random rumor that [Rihanna] and I were living together,” she said.
The rumors started when a few pics appeared online of Rihanna and Nicki on the video set of her new single "Fly." “We just shot a video for a song I have on the album called ‘Fly,’” shared Nicki. “So when I saw her, the first thing I said was, ‘So did you hear we’re living together?’ And we just started cracking up laughing. She was like, ‘Yo, I can’t believe people are this ridiculous.’”
She continued, “So we TwitPiced ourselves and she put it on Twitter and said, ‘Me and Nicki at our new pad or something.’ And the funny thing is, people still didn’t realize we were joking. People were hitting me like, ‘Oh my God, you’re so lucky. You and Rihanna…’ It was like, ‘What?’ But you can’t even be sarcastic anymore. It was hilarious though.”
Nicki, who did say if they were dating they would make an awesome power couple should realize that you can't read sarcasm through the computer or even in an interview for that matter because ever since the internet has become a big phenomenon people have become viod of all emotion, rationality and common sense. Since this is what I do for a living I knew they were playing around. People seriously need a life and need to stop worrying about who Nicki is screwing or Justin Bieber for that matter.
