First of all she's a donkey for two reasons. #1 you don't text and walk at the same time because clearly your dumb ass can't do both and #2 No one really knew what you looked like until you came forward. You have no case to sue because you weren't watching where you were walking. This is a problem not just in malls, but on the street as well. I have seen plenty of people almost get killed or bump into things because they're texting and driving or texting and walking. Clearly this heifer is looking for a quick payout over her embarrassing mistake.

P.S. I'm surprised celebrity attorney/fame whore Gloria Allred didn't jump on this case. You mean there's some cases she won't take on?
