Lady Gaga tweeted a few weeks ago that she had an announcement to make on New Years which we all knew had something to do with her forthcoming third album. The announcement was that her new album will hit stores on May 23rd and the album's first single Born This Way will debut on radio February 13th, the same day she will perform the single live for the first time at the Grammys.
