I hope this isn't true, but if you've been following Jazmine on Twitter, it just might be. The singer, who has been anointed as the next Mary J. Blige and just released her sophomore album last month had a bit of a rant on Twatter saying that she's going to hang up the mic temporarily so that she can find herself. I thought most musicians (except for those manufactured ones) found themselves through their music?
The tweets have since been removed from her page, but you can read them below.
I'm not sure if her album is doing well or not, or it could be a label dispute. This could also be a ploy by her label just so Jazmine can sell more records. Either way, Jazmine is so talented I don't think people need to gimmicks to get people to buy her record. Get her out there on some good tours.
