After winning accolades for her beautiful video for Far Away, which shed a light on same sex love and suicide, Marsha Ambrosius has unleashed the tracklisting for her solo album, Late Nights & Early Mornings. The album has already spawned one hit single, I Hope She Cheats on You With a Baseball Bat. Here's what Marsha had to say about adding a little aggression to her music. “My pen and my point of view has a certain aggression to it because I’ve listened to a lot of male-influenced music, which I think makes me one of the most outspoken writers out here,” said Marsha. “Sometimes as a woman you don’t wanna say what’s on your mind for fear of being judged. But why wouldn’t I say it like that if that’s how I felt?”
I'm sure Far Away I'm sure won't be far behind. Her solo debut, which will feature productions from Alicia Keys, Just Blaze, Dre & Vidal and more will be in stores on March 1st.
