Since no one was buying Akon in the early stages of his career as a thug R&B singer, the ashy African has fully invested himself in the world of international dance Euro-pop, and the move has garnered him quite a few hits. His latest single, “Drop Down” features Ludacris, and depending on how well it's received may be the official single from his forthcoming album, titled Stadium. Drop Down contains a sample from New Order's Pump Panel Recon Mix of their song Confusion, which if you remeber was used in the vampire rave scene in the first Blade movie. Best song I've heard from him since he did Sexy Bitch on David Guetta's One Love album.
