VIDEO: KE$HA - WE R WHO WE R
All I have to say is it's about damn time she premiered this video. After the second Take It Off video came out which was a definite upgrade from the shitty first one, I was hoping Ke$ha would step her game up with the video for We R Who We R. Unfortunately, she dropped the ball on this one. First why is the video coming out a week after your album drops and four weeks after the ong goes to #1? Then when I saw stills from the set regarding the video, I imagined some awesome choreography, a revolutionary vibe with the extras in their wacky clothes (as the song is supposed to embrace individuality) and a video that professed so much rebellious fun, it would make the viewer wish they were there. i got none of that. Ke$ha did look the best she's ever looked so I'll give her that. I feel with Hype Williams has become the mIchael Jordan of music videos. He ruled the last decade with his visual masterpieces, disappeared and when he came back into the game he's been a bit rusty on the court. Maybe it soundsl ike I'm asking too much, but I expected better from a Hype Williams production.
