Evan Ross, who can currently be seen on the CW's 90210 has been quietly working on music of his own. Word on the street is that the actor, who is the spawn of the legendary Diana Ross has Interscope, Motown, and Jive knocking down his door. I had no idea Evan could even sing since his speaking voice is very deep and smoky, like he's been smoking a few of Kim Zolciak's cigarettes. Hearing this news has got me curious as to what to expect from his style of music, but I'm hearing a producer who has worked with Evan says, “Ross is going to be bigger than Chris Brown, Usher, and even Timberlake!”
That remains to be seen, although Evan does look a bit like Chris Brown. There's alot to live up to when you're the child of a famous singer, so I hope Evan is well aware of the pressure that will be put on him. If he does have talent in the vocal department, there just might be an opening for Evan to slide through, since Chris Breezy is still trying to get in American's good graces, JT is busy trying to gain respect as an actor, and Usher is busy doing whatever the hell he calls himself doing. ‘I’m Good,’ Evan's first single is said to be dropping real soon.
