BRITNEY GOES BRITISH FOR NEW ALBUM
It's been pretty much confirmed that William Orbit is producing Britney's highly-anticipated new album. Well now comes wotd that Britney's new album will have a more British swag, due to the fact that she loves the U.K. and their style of music. So far she's worked with British producers Rusko, Labirinth (who was signed to Simon Cowell's label and has worked with Gorillaz) songwriter Jessie J (who's "Do It Like a Dude" single I listen to religiously) and DubStep producers Chase & Status who most recently worked on cuts from Rihanna's Rated R album. It's also been reported by MuuMuse blog that her first single will drop on January 7. That sounds about accurate if the new album wil ldrop in March. Britney recently shot some exclusive photos with world renowned photographer Mario Testino, which I'm guessing will be for the album.
As for Ms. Spears I can't wait to hear what the new music sounds like, and I applaud the princess of pop for being original and carving out her own way on the pop charts instead of taking the easy route by working with David Guetta and RedOne.
