Will.I.Am., who's getting ready with the other Peas to drop their next album in the next two weeks let it be known how angry he is regarding the recent release of Michael Jackson's new single (with Akon) yesterday and the forthcoming MJ album set to be released in December.
"Whoever put it out and is profiting off of it, I want to see how cold they are. Michael Jackson songs are finished when Michael says they’re finished. Maybe if I never worked with him I wouldn’t have this perspective. [But] he was very particular about how he wanted his vocals, the reverb he used … He was that hands-on."
I agree with Will 1000%. I think when an artist dies his music should be left alone. Just like all them songs from Tupac shouldn't have been released back in the day, I feel the same about MJ. It kills me that my own country didn't give two shits about Michael until he died. Now that he's gone everyone wants to give a shit and collect memorabilia. As long as his kids are financially stable, that's all that matters.
